IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant - Technical
Triad Technology Partners is looking to hire a proven technical professional to join our growing IT Service Management implementation practice. Triad specializes in the U.S. Public Sector, and many of our customers require a U.S. Government Security clearance. We are looking for an experienced professional with the following profile:
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Lifestyle Polygraph Clearance
- Experience with MySQL, Oracle, or other relational database required
- Experience programming in JavaScript or similar scripting languages
- Familiarity with Java or other object oriented programming languages
- Experience with Web Services preferred
- Familiarity with Linux or other UNIX OS preferred
- Familiarity with J2EE Application and Web Servers including Tomcat and Apache preferred
- General Experience with IT Service Management processes

- Experience with Service-Now (formerly Service-Now.com), Remedy, Tivoli Service Request Manager, Tivoli Asset Management for IT, Magic, Heat, or similar ITSM products highly desirable.
- Experience with other packaged solutions such as ERP, Financial, Asset Management, or other enterprise applications.
- Experience with the full software development or application implementation life cycle
