The Buller Group, LLC (TBG) is a human capital services firm focused on providing the highest level of recruiting services to our clients, government contractors and government agencies.  Having grown-up as an agency-based recruiting firm focused on the national security sector, TBG made its living by finding the hardest-to-find professionals with the highest levels clearances.  That only gave our clients a solution for the moment, instead we turned to helping them solve the greater picture, a solution for their recruiting business.  We began offering outsourced recruiting components in 2004.

  1. Strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) - RPO is an subset of Business Process Outsourcing or business process re-engineering.  Our firm replaces the current recruiting 'engine' within our clients and replaces it wit ha state-of-the-art solution that typically provides double-digit increase in productivity and a reduction in overall costs.  These are multi-year deals and typically consist of deploying, onsite to the client, 4 to 50 recruiters.  The RPO's deliver gold standard recruiting metrics to our clients.
  2. Recruiting On-demand Center (ROC) - The ROC, located in our Worldgate offices, serves as a virtual recruiting arm for our clients to help them deal with surges in hiring, proposal efforts, blocks of hard-to-fill roles, and an alternative to agency-based recruiting.  Typically these engagements are at least one-month in duration.  They are priced on a flat hourly rate per Full-Time-Equivalent (FTE).  Usually the minimum FTE is 2, but often times spans up to 5 or 6.  Our recruiters are managed by one of our Recruiting Managers, they utilize our market-leading database and work within our world-class recruiting methodology.
  3. Agency-based Recruiting - For firms that have mid-management level ($125k base and above) to executive level critical needs, TBG engages on an agency-based recruiting contract which requires a percentage of total compensation.  Different than many competitors, TBG requires a minimum 'retainer' or 'container' (multiple searches) and the balance paid on start date.  We've been offering this service for almost ten years and are well-equipped to fill any federal VP or equivalent level search for our clients.
